Introduction to Underfloor

There are three primary advantages to using underfloor heating systems as opposed to traditional convection-based heating:

Underfloor Products

Single Loop Pump Mixer

Single Loop Pump Mixer

Description: This pump mixer set is a compact solution providing temperature control for the system and circulation making installation quick and simple. Single loop installations are found when a small extension or conservatory is added to the home, and the opportunity is there to use underfloor heating. This small system operates from one loop being added to the existing heating circuit, and a manifold is not required.

Inta Ecomix Pump Mixer

Inta Ecomix UFH Pump Mixer

Description: The Inta UFH thermostatic controller is used with flow and return manifolds to control the flow temperature of water to the underfloor heating pipework.

Minifold UFH Manifold

Minifolds - Thermoplastic 1" UFH distribution manifolds

Description: Now a domestic heating version of the long established modular method of building distribution manifolds for heating circuits. Minifolds control flow distribution manually or thermostatically (by adding thermo electric actuators), and optimise available flow. The method of 'moulding' the blocks to an engineer's design has this advantage over the 'mass production' brass bars with drilled outlets.

thermoplastic manifold

Thermoplastic Manifold

Description: Modular system, each outlet being an individual segment. Supplied pre-assembled with moulded end plates and moulded connection segments that include automatic air-venting and self sealing fill and drain port with hose fitting.

Pipe for under floor heating

Intaeco are not manufacturers or distributors for the plastic pipe that is used in under floor systems. This type of product is available from all our customers. If you would like us to refer you to stockists in your area, please contact us.

UFH Design and Planning

As Intaeco are component manufacturers and distributors, we do not provide design and planning services. If you would like us to refer you to a consultant in your area, please contact us.
