Where might manifolds be used?
Coiled loop collector systems are looped back to a central manifold. Plastic MDPE or HDPE pipe is recommended by the heat pump manufacturers, in a range of sizes. Generally, 20mm, 25mm, 32mm and 40mm are the standard sizes usually recommended. On return to the manifold this is then reduced down into the manifold headers from where the flow and return connections are made to the heat pump unit. 2 per set, flow and return, -20°C to 110°C, 10 bar. 3/4"bsp brass thread on connections, adaptors to adapt to pipe up to 20.2mm. 11/4" Flow and return connections (brass thread insert into thermoplastic manifold).
Regulation and visual flow meters, adjustment 1 litre per hour up to 1,500 litres per hour.
Modular design, segments also available separately. Fill and drain port with self closing hose adaptor.
Brackets allow the manifolds to be arranged vertically or horizontally for installation into manhole chambers.
