GeoT Self-assembly 1¼" Modular Manifold Parts
All the component parts to the GeoT manifolds can be purchased separately, allowing the installer to build their own manifolds as required, or modify manifolds from their stock to a new specification.
First part of the basic self-assembly kit is the 1¼" brass headers set. The kit comprises all the components with the exception of the flow modules, return modules and the threaded bar and nuts
The stainless steel threaded rods are used are used to string the modules together. In turn they fasten to the brass headers. The M8 rods screw into the brass end caps.
Stainless steel M8 nuts are used to compress all the component modules together.
In the factory we tighten with a torque wrench to 7.5 newton, but it is not complicated. Tighten securely to effect a even seal across all four rods. Nuts and plastic 'nut' covers are available separately (should a smaller qty be required, enquire at Intaeco sales).
