GeoT 1¼" Manifolds
GeoT Preassembled 1¼" Manifolds
Description: Pre-assembled manifold sets designed for controlling ground loop flow distribution on geothermal heat pumps. The flow and return headers are brass 1¼" bsp female connections, with 4 qty ½" bsp ports on the headers for drain/fill/vent etc options. Inlet and outlet ports are with ¾" bsp connections. See fittings section for connections to 20mm or 25mm MDPE pipe.
GeoT Self-assembly 1¼" Modular Manifold Parts
Description: All the component parts to the GeoT manifolds can be purchased separately, allowing the installer to build their own manifolds as required, or modify manifolds from their stock to a new specification.
Pipe Connections to GeoT Manifolds
Description: GeoT manifolds are usually used with 20mm MDPE slinky loops. Connection can be made between the ¾” manifold connection and the pipe using eurocone nuts/olive/pipe stiffener sets.
The most common type used in the UK is our product code RAC00000010. In Europe, it is found that a different 20mm pipe is used more prevalently which is our product code RAC00000012 (Note – the eurocones have to be ordered separately to the manifolds).
For 25mm MDPE pipe, a eurocone with adaptor is available; our product code RAC00000053 (Additional lead time should be allowed for orders).
Steel Hanging Bracket Set
Description: In some cases, the plastic wall brackets supplied with GeoT manifolds are not suitable or robust enough for larger multiple outlet configurations.
The hanging bracket (product code WPB00001) sets comprise of:
- 1 x 2M length of support bar (installer cuts to length)
- 4 x short threaded bolts with easy-fix fastners to connect to the wall brackets
- 4 x steel manifold ring clips
