Geocal 2" Manifolds
Geocal Preassembled 2" Modular Manifolds
Description:In the past, ground loop installers have had to literally 'make do' with make-shift configurations of agricultural plastic pipe fittings and plumbing valves, or alternatively, manufacture their own manifold at considerable cost and loss of time. Geocal is available off the shelf, ready to install into the connection point pit, and can be quickly installed and coupled to the ground loops.
Geocal Optional Flow Rate Meters
Description:The Intaeco flow meter is designed to connect directly onto each Geocal manifold module, and allow individual loops to be monitored and balanced. The flow meter balancing is achieved by reading the flow value, then adjusting this value on the valve by the screw adjustment (a screwdriver is the only tool required).
Geocal 2" Self-assembly Manifolds
All the component parts to the Geocal manifolds can be purchased separately, allowing the installer to build their own manifolds as required, or modify manifolds from their stock to a new specification.
Geocal Threaded Rod Kits
The stainless steel threaded rods are used are used to string the modules together. In turn they fasten to the brass headers. The M8 rods screw into the brass end caps.
Geocal self-closing filling nozzle kit
Plastic self closing valve with hose union fitting. Normally closed until the hose union is screwed on, this action opens the port to allow filling or flushing. ½" male connection thread screws into any of the 4 access ports on the 2" brass headers.
Geocal Manifold Insulation Kit
After installation, an optional insulation kit is available to encase the Geocal manifold. The manifold insulation jacket fits up to 7 outlets, and on installation is cut to suit the manifold appliaction. Intaeco product code ACC00000100.
