Geocal Manifold

Geocal 2" Manifold

Description: Pre-assembled manifold sets designed for controlling ground loop flow distribution on geothermal heat pumps. The flow and return headers are brass 2" bsp female connections, with 4 x 1/2" bsp ports on the headers for drain/fill/vent etc options. Inlet and outlet ports are supplied with 1" bsp connections. See fittings section for connections to 25mm, 32mm and 40mm ground loop pipe.

GeoT Manifold

GeoT Manifold

Description:

GeoT manifolds have 1¼" brass headers and have modular thermoplastic inlets/outlets with individual isolation valves. Brass header is complete with 4 qty ½" ports that can be used for filling/flushing/venting.

GeoT comes complete with a pair of simple plastic wall brackets, but an optional steel hanging set can be purchased separately if required (as seen in the above picture. Intaeco product code WPB00001).

The inlet/outlet connections are ¾" male bsp (brass), to connect directly onto 20mm MDPE ground loop pipe, eurocone nut and olive sets can be ordered separately (Intaeco product code RAC00000010).

Geomeg Manifolds

Geomeg 2" x 110mm Manifolds

Description:

Ground source Heat Pumps extracting geothermal heat from boreholes/slinkys/groundloops all require balanced flows on each loops. For those larger installations or installations that are critical on larger flow rates, Intaeco present the GeoMeg range.

Geomeg have 110mm diameter headers of thermoplastic constructions, acting as a mini accumulator for the ground loop arrays. Each loop connection is provided in 1 ¼" male bsp.

Brine Side Expansion Vessel

Zilmet Brine Side Expansion Vessels (SolarB)

Description: Many Heat Pump manufacturer's installation manuals specify the use on an expansion vessel on the 'brine' circuit. The expansion vessel for this application should be capable of sustained operation at very low temperatures, and the vessel diaphragm should be suitable for contact with glycol mixed fluids (the 'brine'). This range of Zilmet vessels are available in sizes 24 Ltr through to 250 Ltr capacities, and can be used for both Heat Pump and Solar Installations.

Ball Type Isolation Valves

Description: A robust range of isolating valves suitable for use with glycol mix fluids and working at low temperatures. For Geocal and GeoT manifold isolation on the main flow and return ports, and immediately next to the heat pump. Handles are coloured in red and blue for ease of identification of duty.
